Capture those special early days with a children's photography session
I am a family and baby photographer in Norfolk to many of my clients; seeing them when their first child is born, throughout their first year and onwards.
I love to capture natural smiles so I make the session informal and fun. I will give a gentle give little direction, but I’m led by what your baby/children would like to do.
Popular ages to capture are 6-10 months when babies can sit, roll, and crawl and that special 1st birthday!

Studio sessions are great for babies and toddlers. If you have children who like to be on the go, I offer woodland options.
Please note my photography is centered on immediate family connections. I don’t photograph large extended family groups.
A baby/family photoshoot is held at my home studio for families with babies from 3 months old and beyond.
I use a few wooden toys, these will keep your little one engaged. You are more than welcome to bring any sentimental teddies and keepsakes to the session.
I strive to make the session relaxed from the moment you book in and on the day.
Baby/child led appraoch helps children ease into their photos.
I will never rush. We can stop for cuddles, snacks, and milk whatever your family needs.

How to Book
Please use my contact form, where you can send me an email. We can arrange a time for your shoot and I can answer any questions that you may have. A £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking. Once you have booked your session, I will send you a guide about what to expect, what to bring and my full address.
From 2026, I’ll be working Monday to Friday, with a selection of after-school, evening, and school holiday availability (perfect for woodland and family shoots). At the moment, weekend sessions are no longer available only in school holidays.

Cake smashes
With a little bit of gentle encouragement, babies get stuck into their cake, whether that is eating it, poking it, or mushing. It really is a memorable way to mark a birthday.
To avoid overwhelm, we treat it like a messy play, babies explore the cake and we don’t rush.
The whole session is baby-led, stopping for cuddles when needed. Siblings and parents can help (Most Dads love to ‘help’ eat the cake)
A typical cake smash photoshoot is sectioned into these parts;
- Family portraits first
- Some of the birthday baby (non-cakey)
- The cake smash part
- End with bubble bath time
