My little girl Phoebe had her 1st birthday cake smash with the very lovely Jess! Phoebe felt totally at ease with Jess and her lovely kind nature and as every mummy knows, when your baby is happy then so are you! And although sadly daddy had to work and big brother was at school I can't wait to show them the pictures and I've told them how we laughed until we cried watching Phoebe with her cake! It's certainly a day I will treasure forever and look forward to telling Phoebe all about when she's older. I recently had the maternity and newborn package and both complimented each other. At the maternity shoot Jess made me feel at ease straight away. She had some great ideas but also asked me if there was anything I specifically wanted which made me feel like she really cared about how I wanted the shoot approached. When I returned a few weeks later with my newborn and active toddler Jess created a calm atmosphere and worked around the needs of both my children to get the pictures we wanted. We are absolutely thrilled at the results and would highly recommend Jess to anyone. We had a newborn photoshoot in December. Our little girl had just come home from 5 weeks in hospital after being born prematurely. Despite weighing still only just over 4lbs for the first time we felt like we had a 'normal' baby free from all the medical interventions and care that we had experienced up to that point. This was all down to the approach that Jess took during the session. The environment was very relaxed and we were provided with tea, water and chocolate biscuits (very important!!). We felt that Jess listened to what sort of photos we wanted and there was no pressure whatsoever to commit to anything. We had the pleasure of meeting Jess back in April this year following the birth of our son Finley. I found Jess through facebook and also by word of mouth knowing that a few of my friends had had shoots with her. We were not disappointed!! We were made to feel most welcome. Jess's studio is cosy and comfortable. Everything is very natural and you are made to feel completely at ease. Our 4 year old daughter took an instant shine to Jess and she was more than happy to co operate when it was her turn in front of the lens. I can't reccomend Jess enough. From the moment we stepped in, we felt at home because of how lovely and warm Jess was. The photoshoot was fun for all of us. Jess interacted so well with both my 5 year old daughter and my newborn. We felt at ease the whole time; my little newborn had to be fed twice during the shoot and I never felt rushed. Had a newborn photoshoot recently. As most new mums will know you can feel rather stressed and on edge (well I did anyway) and the thought of having to getting my little one off to sleep for the photos did worry me. As soon as we arrived Jess instantly made me feel relaxed and I enjoyed the experience. We also took our little dog along so we could have some pictures of our dog with our new family member which was lovely. The finished photos are just great. Thanks Jess. - Sam Nutt
